TruIntel is the platform for Growth Skills and Future Careers. Pure mentorship, no pre-recorded courses, no AI tutors. Every session is a live 1:1 (or small group) with a practitioner currently working in their field. Think "ask my favourite ex-colleague for an hour", except they're a verified mentor and you can book them in 2 minutes. Growth Skills (the skills that compound) lead to Future Careers (the roles unlocking next).
Mentors set their own rates, starting at $25/hour. You pay per session, or save 10 to 20% on a 5 or 10-pack. No subscriptions. PayPal handles the checkout, your card details never touch our servers.
Yes. Every mentor is hand-reviewed and approved by our team before they can take bookings. We use a 4-tier trust framework: profile reviewed, identity documents reviewed by our team, professional background reviewed, and a top mentor tier earned through a strong track record on TruIntel. Look for the badge on each mentor card. The bar is simple: are they actually doing this for a living right now?
Refunds follow the tiered policy in our Terms (§10). Cancel 24 hours or more before a session: 100% refund. Cancel 4 to 24 hours before: 50%. Cancel less than 4 hours before, or no-show: no refund. If your mentor cancels at any time you receive a 100% refund plus a booking credit equal to 25% of the session fee. Refund requests go to quickfix@tw-tech.co.za; we aim to authorise them within 5 business days, with final crediting subject to PayPal settlement timing.
Mentors set their own rate and are paid by PayPal Payouts in US Dollars, worldwide. TruIntel keeps a tiered commission of 10 to 25 percent depending on the mentor's trust tier; founding mentors are locked at 10 percent for life. You are paid for every completed session, including a learner's first. One practical note before you apply: confirm that PayPal can receive payments in your country.

Founding mentors keep 90 percent of every session for life, locked at the top commission tier from day one, and get a permanent Founding Mentor badge, homepage placement, and first pick of learners. Yes, and we are not pretending otherwise. The catalogue is opening with a founding cohort of mentors who are being vetted now, so you may see fewer profiles than on older platforms. What you will not see is anything invented: no fake reviews, no fake ratings, no fake mentors. If a number is on TruIntel, it is real.
Yes. Reschedule up to 12 hours before the session at no charge. Within 12 hours, we ask the mentor, most are flexible if you give them a heads-up.
AI session notes are rolling out to the founding cohort. Once live for your account, the AI extracts decisions, action items and follow-ups after each session and writes them to your OneNote (if connected) or as a downloadable file. You always control whether the recording is processed, opt out in one click.
Yes. Recordings are encrypted and only accessible to you and your mentor. We never sell data, and we comply with POPIA. You can delete your account and all associated recordings at any time, typically processed within 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy.
